This stylish space offers large, south-facing windows with a wide open view of the Fraser River and 10-foot ceilings that allow the most beautiful natural lighting in for your project (even on a cloudy day!)

The space is designed with reupholstered, one-of-a-kind furniture and decor. This space is aesthetically curated in every corner to provide several photogenic opportunities for a wide variety of content during your rental. 

The studio has the ability to accommodate 9ft backdrop paper rolls as the mounts are installed within the space. We offer backdrop paper for an additional cost upon request and based on availability.

This studio can be paired with our other listing, Studio Maybe: The Champagne Room (ideal room for hair/makeup/change room), based on availability.
